I see many registered RBers are still using General Discussions, rather than this locked topic area.I appreciate that Mr RB et al took the time to construct this area for us. Should we make a little more effort to use it? If so, we might decrease the time we spend wading through all those posts that amount to little more than:
"You're a racist"
"No, you're a moron"
"Well you're a bigger moron"
So here's a little substance to offer:
I was cruising Mission/Van Ness in SF last Monday at about 11 pm. I saw only 2 SWs, but there was at least one LE car per block per street. I parked and walked for a while: I got multiple offers to sell me drugs (not my thing), but only saw one SW. She was about 40, 5' 5", black, BBW, very warm personality. She said she doesn't do SW much, mainly acts as mother/buddy to her teenage friends on the street, but whe does take opportunities that present themselves.
I asked her if she'd come to a Hot Tub with me, and we got in my car and drove up to the tubs on Van Ness at Broadway (recommended on this board). Unbfortunately they were closed, and as there was nothing else around I drove her home, gave her $20 for her time and companionship, and paid for her bottle of peppermint Schnapps at the local Safeway.
So I have little to review but we did negotiate: one hour, multiple releases, and full body massage for $75 (I could have argued her down to $60, I think). She claims to be a licenced masseuse (the massage part up'd the price from $40) and a trained nurse. I'm not sure how much to believe that, but she was clearly educated: her speech and thoughts were coherent, aware, and intelligent.
